Praba has stood the carrier journey in Contact Centre Industry for the past 12 years.
Started as Finance Charges Officer in Standard Chartered Bank in 2001 and moved on to Scicom Sdn Bhd (Celcom Project) in 2002 as a CSR then grow up to a Quality Assurance Exec Level till 2006.In 2006, an exchange of service provider from Scicom to VADS Bhd. (Member of Telekom Group) absorbed Praba as a Quality Assurance Lead to continue the expedition in Contact Centre Industry as the pioneer group of QA in VADS. The tenure in VADS was the longs from a Lead to a Manager via VADS Telekom鈥檚 very own in house apprentice program 鈥� known as SABIT
Praba鈥檚 first Managerial role was executed after passing out
