2) Clearance of FOOD ITEMS for the restaurants which we have in PEARL QATAR(Carluccio鈥檚 & Mango tree) and in ORYX ROTANA (Chi-Zen).
3) Negotiating with various LINERS & FREIGHT FORWARDERS for freight rates for importing the
shipments.
4) Negotiate with the clearing agents on clearing the Consignments arrived through Sea/ Road/ Air
and obtain the best rates prevailing in the market.
5) Creating MIS of shipments arrived and analyze the same with the previous month report and
submit the same to the Management.
