• Deliver training in classroom setting (manufacturing technology,engineering drawing, CNC) • Guiding and assessing trainees in the workshop (Lathe,milling,SG,CG,CNC etc). • Schedule and conduct training for new trainees during orientation process. • Preparing syllabus and deliverables by understanding the requirements of the clients and getting approval from the GM. • Coordinating the extra-curricular activities of trainees. • Visiting the clients to ensure the proper training is delivered to the trainees at client location. • Mentoring and motivating the trainees.
