About
After Bachelor’s degree, I got an opportunity to work for a reputed IT company, Indus IT Valley Inc., I gained good experience with basic troubleshooting and maintenance for Client Jacobs Engineering USA. This includes assisting users on Oracle applications and maintaining few Server processes. During my job, I had worked on virtualization technologies using VM Ware ESXI at a basic level and Remote Desktop Maintenance.
Later I moved to New Zealand to peruse education in IT - Level 7. During my education, I enjoyed in learning new concepts of networking, security, access limitations in a network and ITIL. Apart from my study I have gained experience in windows troubleshooting and mai.
