Management and Administration of the Companies Insurance portfolio to ensure the provision of comprehensive, compliant and timely cover for all Company activities including its employees and stakeholders. Formulate and implement insurance risk strategies and plans to meet business objectives. In conjunction with management review and maintain related policies and procedures ensuring alignment and effective management interface with group companies and its appointed brokers. Monitor compliance and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Coordinate with group insurance functions and activities to encourage and develop best practice within field of operation.
