Sourcing profiles in Social Networking (Linked in) Data bank, Job Portals (MonsterIndia,Naukri,Times,Shine Jobstreet.com, Naukri) Internet Job postings & Employee Referrals and Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirement.
Coordinate with the Client managers, Program Managers, Business heads, VP's & Business units for short- listing & interview scheduling.
