Ensuring availability of adequate nursing support at all the nursing station on a day to day basis.
Prepare and maintain nurses duty roster, entering it in V-Serve.
Ensure & monitor Infection control & waste management in the unit as per regulatory guidelines
Indent medicines & materials, supervise proper stocking, arrangement & distribution of medicines.
Monitor record regularly and report the clinical quality parameters to chief quality office on daily basis
Keep a record of Regulatory license , its renewal and expiry of each staff nurse in the unit
Responsible to conduct and coordinate the training activities in the unit.
