PRINCE2 is a generic project management methodology that can be applied to different types of projects
and projects of different sizes. It is comprehensive in its approach but flexible in application. It is a method
for managing projects; there is no Hardware or Software (apart from supporting tools) just a best practice
approach to running Projects in a consistent and referenceable framework.
