Use Case: 1 o Solution: 1. Planning and Preparation ~ Identify users who need to be migrated, analyze thedata and applications to be migrated. To verify whether existing infrastructureis compatible with migration, Establish planning and timeline for migration. 2. Domain verification ~ To migrated required users, verify thedomain ownership in M365, this is a crucial step. 3. Migrate 80 users from Google Suite ~ Create M365 accounts for the required users and export their data from Google suite to M365 including mailboxes, calendars and contacts. Configure email routing to M365 and train users on how to access M365. 4. Migrate 33 users from Lotus (TLC Ltd)~Create M365 accounts for the required number of users, migrate data from Lotus to M365 and updatetheDNS settings for the TLC domain to redirect all incoming traffic to M365. Set up the base Azure tenant : Add custom domains that are used in existing tenant with the base Azure tenant. Verify the domain ownership and setup necessary DNS records. 3. Migrate Users and Resources ~ Migrate users and their data and configure appropriate licensing module and email routing, train users on how to access the new Azure tenant. Export data from existing Azure tenant to base tenant, configure security policies.
