Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director; also to General Manager in absence of Personal Assistant.
Responsible to handle and manage all administrative matters for the day to day business.
Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letter, memorandum, presentation, reports and other business relevant documents.
Arrange and attend meetings, establish meeting minutes and disseminate.
Maintain calendar and schedules
Organize travel arrangement – flight itinerary, hotel reservation, airport transfer and prepare travel expense documents
