Prof. M. S. Pillai (M.A, L.L.B, M.B.A) is an Indian academic. He served as the founder-director of the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune from 1993 to 2004.
He is the son of P. S. Madhavan Pillai and P. K. Padmavathi Pillai of Kerala. He holds many degrees and is the winner of the Best Teacher in Management Award from the Rotary Club in 2004. He was given the status of an Eminent Personality of India in 2000 by the International Biographical Research Foundation.
