Al Norris retired from Michigan State Police Organized Crime Unit in June of 2001. Al excelled in developing multifaceted investigations into organized crime elements which he then transferred to the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) where he was successful in developing similar type cases in organized fraud. While with NICB Al was also been entrusted with the responsibilities of organizing Task Forces that serve the Law Enforcement Community as well as the Insurance, Retail and other private industries within the State of Michigan and through out the country. Al Norris additional duties was to train others in the issues relating to Insurance Fraud and Auto Theft.
