The document summarizes the water supply system for a location in Vaishali Nagar, Nagpur. Water is drawn from the Pench right bank canal through the Mahadulla pumping station and Gorewada balancing tank before undergoing conventional treatment. It is then supplied to homes through pipes with diameters ranging from 1-inch to 60mm made of materials like GI and PVC. Water is further filtered using an RO system before being supplied for drinking. Water quality tests found the pH to be between 7.85-8.5, turbidity at 1 NTU, conductivity at 0.13 mho/cm, and dissolved oxygen at 7 mg/l.

The Source of water is tube well and Gorewada plant.
Water is drawn from Pench right bank canal by gravity to the Mahadulla
pumping station.
The raw water is pumped to the B.P.T. of capacity 5.7 lakhs liters
through 1606 mm dia M.S. Rising Main
3. water is taken to the Gorewada balancing tank through 700 mm
dia duplicate C.I. gravity mains each of length 400 m. from
Gorewada Tank it is drawn to the conventional treatment plant
Water is provided by Nagpur Munciple Corporation.
Water is suplied to us by water pipe line .
Water Stored in water tank which have capacity of 1000 liters.

Daimeter of pipe in Home :-60mm.
Material of pipe:- GI pipes,PVC pipes.
Water supply fitting in home with the help of pipes, nuts, valves.
For filtration we use RO.
Supply water for drinking water by gravity.
Filtration tank volume is 104 litre.
Filtration pipe is UPVC pipe.
5. We conduct some test to know the different characteristics
of water.the followings are the results,
pH value=8.5(by Univarsal Indicator,Methyl Orange)
= 7.85 (by Glass-Electrode Method)
