1) Extraction of social media data using R and Python scripts.
2) Preliminary data analysis.
3) Data cleaning and data transformation.
4) Data preparation in order to apply text mining techniques.
5) Text mining techniques like Sentiment Analysis, WordCloud, Concept Extraction and Categorization,Topic Modelling
6) Creation of dashboard
