• Handling recruitment (Technical & non-technical)
• Interaction with project managers. Understanding the requirement & sourcing and screening of the resumes.
• Screening and sourcing the relevant candidates through different Job Portals, IJP, references, walk-in and Networking.
• Scheduling of short listed candidates interview with technical team.
• Follow up with the candidate post selection and schedule for the HR round.
• Taking HR round of interview, salary negotiation, raising offers to shortlisted candidates.
• Interaction with vendors
• Closing the position as per SLA & TAT defined.
