PhD Qamil Dika is a health expert focus on Health Policy, Health Management and Public Health. Actually he is a professor at university. He graduated with a degree in Medicine at the University of Tirana.
He has held the position of Deputy General Director of the Institute of Health Insurance and Health Advisor to Tirana Mayor.
He was previously elected for two terms as the President of the National Student Council, where he had the duty to represent academic, social, cultural and economic interests of the Albanian student community.
