About
Daily monitoring of Cells, BSCs, RNC and Network level performance, to ensure that all radio KPIs meet Millicom Group targets.
 Collect and analyze data from the 2G/3G networks to resolve problems and make recommendations for improving QoS.
 Identify and analysis of key issues on the network in order to achieve QoS targets for 2G/3G.
 Review single site verification (SSV) reports for new 2G/3G sites to ensure KPIs are within limits and support with appropriate parameters for new feature trials.
 Performed Technical Site Survey.
 Close liaison with NOC engineers for timely resolution of 2G/3G degrading KPIs that impact on customer experience.
