The Real Estate Career Academy (RECA) is the award winning education division of the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS庐. Overseen by the FAAR Education Working Group, this program has rapidly advanced over the past three years to meet and equip today's REALTORS庐 with the tools they need to succeed in a challenging and competitive market place.
