I worked within Business Risk and Governance division for AXA Wealth Management for 6 years focusing on Redress Investigation, Customer Experience, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Business Retention. Currently I am working to launch and promote a new and exciting web platform called Pitch Link Media that will be aimed at helping Creative artists from all fields promote and share their work in the hope of gaining the attention needed to complete projects and produce their work.
