I've worked with American Institutes for Research since 2005 leading projects that help clients use data and policy to make decisions, implement programs, disseminate information, and engage stakeholders. Throughout my work, I've leveraged diverse perspectives, skills, and experiences to achieve common goals. In addition to client work, I have also led a host of corporate-wide activities to promote a workplace that is inclusive of staff from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
