Richard is an Associate Director of Training Design at a Fortune 500 telecommunications company. He has over 10 years of training, leadership and management experience. For the past six years, he has led teams responsible for developing systems, new initiatives, sales and new hire training.
He frequently contributes to the field by hosting training-related webinars at work and writing articles internally and externally. In addition, Richard has been a judge for Brandon Hall's Excellence in Learning and Chief Learning Officer magazine's LearningElite Awards programs. He is also a reviewer for the International Review of Research in Open and Distance Learning journal.
