ELECTRICAL QC INSPECTOR Work Experience with Duties & Responsibilities:  Currently working as Electrical QC Inspector, for Mercury Mena, in BOROUGE 3 NGL Processing & Non Processing Plant Project, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi – (from Jan 2013 till Date) o Review and Inspect of all electrical materials, as per Project Specifications. o Generating MVR as per approved MAR for further MEP installations. o Frequent walk downs with TPI on construction activities. o Providing proper surveillance reports and NCR reports to concern construction team for non qualitative executions o Responsible for the over-all MEP site implementations are under Quality control as per Project specifications and Engineering standards. o Handled electrical inspections on system like LV power & Distribution, Lighting, Earthing, Small power and All ELV systems o Cable/wire testing –Megger test, continuity test, Hi-POT test. o Monitoring underground MEP installations, prior for backfilling. o Inspecting Panel erection, termination & testing such as MV, LV, SMDB, DB and ELV distribution panel o Generating official documents and doing walk downs for various documentation formats such as Discipline Acceptance Certificate, Mechanical Completion Certificate, and Dossier Submission. o Coordinate with Client representatives regarding the implementation and quality of works o Generating punch lists and issuing to concern construction team o Responsible head for official area handing over between MEP and civil activities o Proper file handling and managing QA/QC documentations on daily basis. o To supervise and carry out effective implementation of work schedule to clear punch list. o Provide sufficient feed back to QA/QC Manager on day to day quality issues from construction side.
