I've made it my life goal to impact people through encouragement, teaching, and accountability through effective group fitness programming and wellness program design. Over the years, I've worked for and with some of the nation's leading fitness brands including Snap Fitness, Fitness on Demand, Cooper Aerobics, and Curves International.
