- Interact and co-ordinate with the Clients for Job Description including the Package Bandwidth.
- Analyzing the requirements.
- Sourcing profiles according to the requirement from Job Portals, from consultants and Groups.
- Search for Resources Using Job Portals & Company Database.
- Search for resources by Referencing.
- Strict adherence to the recruitment and company process.
- Managing Full Interview Cycle.
- Front end Client Interaction both through mails, phone calls and meetings.
- Package negotiation for shortlisted Candidates.
- Manage and hold the candidates till the Date of Joining.
- Maintaining Employee Relationship
