As a Head of IT operations I am responsible and accountable for quality and efficiency operations of IT solutions for Ericsson Managed services customer Zain Iraq, my responsibilities include:
- Managing all IT Staff that runs , Data Centres, BSS/ESS/OSS solutions.
- Delivering contractual SLAs and KPI to Zain.
- Managing IT subcontractors and vendors.
-Ensuring ITIL best practices are followed in IT operations ( availability , Change,Incident , Problem , Risk and Configuration Management.
- Some of the Solutions are Huawei CBS converged Billing system, NSN provisioning system ( SMS1000, DMA and AS) , Oracle ERP ( HRSM , Finance and SCM) ,Microsoft CRM
