• Responsible in maintaining an updated roster of qualified candidates for the company's manpower requirements.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
• Active use of recruitment tools for sourcing.
• In charge in the execution of face to face interviews for junior & mid
level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
• Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
• Weekly reporting to recruitment team for progress update and further instructions.
