Primary Responsibilities:
• Handles end-to-end recruitment process for Local Recruitment -Manila Philippines
• Source, review, and select applicants for technical and non-technical positions.
• Meet/communicate with hiring managers to determine job duties.
• Write job descriptions.
• List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
• Shortlist applicants, perform phone screens and conduct formal interviews.
