He has managed the firm from inception through multifold growth into one of the fastest growing private companies in America. Rama expanded XTGlobal to India in 2006 to establish an IT delivery Center based in Hyderabad, India. Prior to this, Rama worked for Alcatel & AT&T. Rama is also a co-founder of Mullapudi Ventures, LLC a real estate investment company based in Dallas.
