As a student of management study and practice and as an educator in this domain, it has been my constant effort to keep myself updated on the emerging thoughts and practices in the area of management. As an educator, I stretch myself to communicate to students and youngsters the perspectives I hold on different aspects of management.
A little over a year ago, I gave shape to my surge of interest in the area of Supply Chain Management by enlisting for a doctoral programme with a reputed university. I consider improved supply chain management practice as a necessary supplement to the highly challenging function of Marketing, to bring about a sustainable improvement in business performance....
