I studied Family and Community Medicine and a Master in Epidemiology. In 85 I worked with MSF in El Salvador attending displaced people.
I have worked in Oxfam for 21 year. During this time I was Regional Director of several regions in Latin America and Africa. This gave me the opportunity to visit many countries and work in very different cultural context.
I have been always fascinated by the human capacity to improve, to live a more satisfying life and to commit to social and political changes. I’m also interested on human dynamics, team working and leadership. I have a Master on Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and a certificate of a 2 years coaching training.
