My research career in behavioral sciences began in 1982 at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where I learned the foundations of ethology and behavioral research, including a strong foundation in statistical analyses under the mentorship of Excellence Foundation Professor in Psychology, Gilbert Gottlib.
