He has also authored other ITIL related books including Implementing ITIL 鈥� Adapting Your IT Organization to the Coming Revolution in IT Service Management, Measuring ITIL, Servicing ITIL and Architecting ITIL. Randy has been a frequent speaker at a number of itSMFUSA conferences around the country and was one of the keynote speakers at the national itSMFUSA Conference in 2004. Randy also served as the co-chair for the itSMFUSA Research Committee which edited the ITSM Research Newsletter for that organization.
