Consultant Oncological ( Cancer) Surgeon.
Special interest in Breast cancer surgery (Oncoplastic Breast Surgery) and Head & Neck cancer surgery. In addition, I have an interest in the management of oesophageal cancer and soft tissue sarcomas.
Training at National Cancer Institute of Sri Lanka (Maharagama) and East and North Herfordshire NHS trust UK.
Currently, developing my career as a Senior Lecturer in Surgery and Anatomy at Kotelawala Defence University Ratmalana Sri Lanka.
Research interests in cancer epidemiology and Surgical Critical care.
Also working for the Sri Lanka Navy as a volunteer navy officer.
