I am currently working with Gauri Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd. Under the Idea cellular India Ltd. On Idea 3G project. As a RF Engineer my responsibilities fall into below categories • Network optimization (changing orientation, tilt). • Coverage Check, Call Set up , Missing Neighbors, Re-planning of frequencies, Handovers Check, Hardware Fault, and Antenna Fault • Resolving Co-Channel (C/I) and Adjacent Channel (C/A) Interference, Low Rx level, poor Rx Quality ,Call Drops, Handover Failure, Call Setup Failure, SD Drop, TCH Drop, KPI monitoring. • Verifying the Downlink Parameters (BCCH, BSIC, CGI, HSN, MAIO, Hopping) as defined by the planning team • Site Audit - Checking Lat/...
