Recruitment and Selection
- Ensure a high quality HR procedure is in place
- Participate in recruitment efforts for exempt, non-exempt positions
- Assisting the HR Manager in yearly manpower planning
- Formulation of job description - liaising with recruitment agencies/ local newspaper
- Liaising with local colleges and universities to conduct interview for their final year students. - Perform all first level and second level candidate short listing and interview
- Ensure all the open positions are closed as per the pre-defined schedule
- Work closely with hiring managers to deliver recruitment needs
- Advise managers on trends and tools of interview.
