Arya has accomplished his graduation (B.Sc with Botany & Chemistry) from D.D.U University, Gorakhpur, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) & Master of Art (MA) with Economics from CCS, University Meerut and MBA from CSJM University, Kanpur with specialization in Marketing Management & Human Resource Management.
Now he is doing his PhD in Management domain.
He has qualified UGC-NET Lectureship exam for 3 times.
He has about 8+ year experience in both corporate and Academics. He has been associated with two big groups of Financial Market (Anagram Stock broking Ltd. & Mansukh Securities & Finance Ltd.) during his stint with corporate then he joined CMD, Modiangar.
