As an entrepreneur I established a company Proxima Rubbers Private Limited for manufacturing of premium grade natural rubber. From Ideation to financial closure, plant design, plant erection, plant commissioning, product quality achievement, scaling was done by me. I also built up a supply chain for procurement of latex among roughly 2000 rubber growers. Designed innovative contracts with various vendors and suppliers for better working capital management.
Earlier I have made L2 process models and implemented it in the plant in Tata Steel Ltd. In general my area of contribution in Tata Steel was in process control.
