My name is Ravikiran Sappidi and as an IT Officer in Bank my work includes Remote Support and Coordinating with Vendors, AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract),Bank people for smooth functioning of branches. In addition conducting training for Branch People on Technology products like Mobile Banking,Internet Banking,e-lounge, ATM,Debit/Credit Card Secure usage.
I would like to do PhD in Computer Science.
