Raymond Hau-yin YUEN is currently a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Lingnan University. He holds a bachelor¡¯s degree and Ph.D. degree in Government and Public Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also completed his master¡¯s degree in public policy from University of Bristol, UK. Before joining Lingnan, Raymond taught public organization and management, public finance & budgeting, public human resources management and public policy analysis in City University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Education University of Hong Kong.
