In short, I love the association management profession. Working on the behalf of others and helping them and/or their agency excel in a dynamic and challenging economy is an exciting profession and reason to come to work. Everything from helping the board establish a vision for the organization and managing a superior professional staff (and getting out of their way) helps to create a strong and viable organization that I would hope translates into an organization that people would want to be a part of.
