Customer Support Specialist/Administrative Assistant

• Receive purchase orders through customer portals, e-mails, and/or fax.
• Enters orders into ERP software.
• Remotely monitor the flow of inventory. Confirm inventory is available to fill orders.
• Provides customer feedback on shipment schedules.
• Maintain customer database and files.
• Works closely with master scheduler and production giving direction and prioritization to meet customer’s requirements.
