I've a total of 7 years experience in Telecom Industry of which 3 years I've been working on planning, Installation & Comissioing of both 2G & 3G networks. I've also considerable experience in Acceptance tests like Single Site Verification & Cluster Optimization. For the last 4 years, I've been working as a Specialist in Ethio Telecom, Ethiopia's sole operater & my main duty is to make indepth analysis of Service Quality (QoS) problems & propose a solution. In general, I've proved practical knowledge on planning, QoS management & Optimization of Radio Networks.
