In all roles, I use a consultative approach to identify solutions that support my clients' strategy. My favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives and get to the heard of the problem. When we can have honest and open conversations, the ideas start to flow and the solutions emerge.
