I love to try new schemes and ideas and get everything organized. This reflects in new development ideas, seeking new opportunities and innovations. However, I like to balance this with a concern to make sure things are finished in time. When I see the possibilities beyond the existing work I want to move on as quickly as possible to tackle the new challenges and to bring structure to my work by setting deadlines and outputs.
