I was selected to research, establish and execute the internal CMMI audit function. I developed processes, procedures and audit checklists to evaluate adherence internal policies. I developed and executed Project Management training materials for new employees and consultants. I served as the CMMI SME, providing mentoring and coaching for organizational processes and industry best practices. As a member of the PMO I have managed conversion projects, research projects and regulatory projects.
