As a Community Resource Consultant, what I love doing most is helping people with the research, administrative, and facilitative tasks that they know they need done, but just don鈥檛 have the time or know-how to do it with. Providing a helping set of hands to support the work of managers and teams to conduct research, assemble, organize and format collected information and create an attractive professional looking package designed to promote the work of your organization. Job satisfaction for me comes from seeing the work of my hands produce useful tools and resources that can take the form of a well planned program or successful special event, or a comprehensive policy and procedure guide.
