Performance Enhancement Engineer Senior

My current position is Performance Enhancement Engineer. I have 12 years’ experience in the following areas: Steelmaking Process, Quality and Production, Technical Product Management and Continuous Improvement. I also worked two years as a supervisor for ArcelorMittal Piracicaba and I learned how to manage a team of 20 people. I participated in several projects at ArcelorMittal Point Lisas in Trinidad and Tobago.
