With more than twenty years in Human Resources management, my experience is based on several jobs devoted to Develop the Human Capital in lot of very important companies like AGC Vidros do Brasil (Asahi Glass Co.), Coca-Cola FEMSA of Buenos Aires, Coca Cola FEMSA of Brazil and Cellulose Argentina (Citicorp), providing me with solid practical and theoretical experiences.
