Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Lead the SHE Team to enable the line organization to effectively discharge their responsibilities to drive all injuries, incidents and illnesses to zero.
* Lead the audit process on the ISO 14.001, ISO 9.001, OSHAS 18.001 and NQMS, including developing appropriate site-wide standards and managing systems.
* Ensure the compliance with external Legal Requirements;
* Develop, implement and monitor SHE objectives and targets (KPI - Key Performance Indicator); cascade goals and develop KPI for the sectors involved;
* Provide SHE Leadership Skills, training and communicating to all levels of the sites;
