I work at Casale SA in Lugano, Switzerland, an Engineering Company, offering patented technologies and services to chemical producers, worldwide. I have always been IT head with an executive role in CEO鈥檚 staff. Casale has approximately 200 employees in Lugano and 180 in Czech Republic. My responsibility areas in Casale鈥檚 IT management and development are system infrastructures, information system, purchasing, project management and helpdesk; I manage Casale鈥檚 IT as a service oriented organization. After a master鈥檚 degree in Electronic Engineering, I started my career as a technical programmer, first in a telecom corporation and after in a small business producing image processing
